Hotel Clad - Gotemba

This hotel is truly luxurious and provides enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place is convenient, as it is just a short walk to the premium outlets. The room was comfortable and spacious, allowing us to easily set up our daughter's portacot in the entrance area. The restaurant here served amazing food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The amenities provided were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I loved the Onsen facilities at the hotel, both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor Onsen had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, and the indoor one had lovely bubble features. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean and modern, while still having some traditional Japanese elements.

The views of Mt. Fuji were breathtaking! It was a great sight in the room, restaurant, and lobby. The boxed breakfast buffet was a great initiative to keep us safe during these times. The onsen was a calming and luxurious experience, especially with the private-use onsen. I also loved the modern design of the room and the fact that there was a shopping outlet nearby.

Close walk to outlets, comfortable room, great restaurant, helpful staff & amenities, beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, outdoor and indoor Onsen were excellent, dinner was very good.
